Auctus Capital Investments is a consulting company focusing on acquiring underutilized patents from Fortune 500 companies not associated with royalty and licensing agreements. The primary investment objective is to generate income and/or capital appreciation by creating investment entities to monetize those patents via settlement agreements from the infringing parties.

Legal and technical advisors are used as consultants to identify underutilized U.S. patents and to establish Holding Entities (LLC’s) to acquire such patents. Each such Holding Entity (LLC) will then seek to promote the use of the patented technology by licensing or other means. It is anticipated that in some instances, the Holding Entities (LLC’s) may enter into litigation with unlicensed parties already using the technology.
