Paul H. Heath has over 20 years’ experience in finance, management, and marketing. Mr. Heath has had direct involvement with private equity, investment banking, investor relations, and asset management. He has been involved in approximately $2 billion worth of transactions and responsible for structuring and executing complex private equity investments, deal negotiations, and transaction executions. He has established and maintained strategic alliances with Fortune 500 companies, experienced in corporate workouts, project planning, and project management. A graduate from Texas Tech University, Mr. Heath received a BBA in Marketing and Finance.

Hammond Heath is an experienced investor with over 40 years of real estate development, acquisition, and finance. Mr. Heath has invested in real estate, oil and gas, private equity, hedge funds, equities, and options. Mr. Heath currently serves on the Board of Coaches Outreach and is a member of the President's Council for the Dallas Theological Seminary. Mr. Heath has also served on the Board of Bent Tree Country Club and Preston Trail Golf Club. Mr. Heath is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
